- Alexis Sanchez will leave Arsenal for free at the end of the season
- The striker tells Chile teammates he wanted to join Manchester City
- Sanchez is in the final year of his contract at the Emirates stadium
Arsenal know that Alexis Sanchez will be "100 per cent" committed to the cause despite seeing his £60million transfer deadline day move to Manchester City.
Arsene Wenger has already confirmed the player will give his all to continue after an agreement his agent Fernando Felicevich made with the club.
According to media reports, the Chilean would stay for the final year and be fully committed even if he is set to leave the club on a free transfer next summer.
The striker had told Chile team mates while on international duty that he wanted to join City after they made a late bid to sign him but now it is believed he will not seek a move in January.
The 28-year-old is demanding £400,000-a-week but "have been reassured by his attitude since returning to the club this summer," the Mirror reports.
Sanchez is expected to face Bournemouth on Saturday, September 9 in the Gunners nex Premier League game.

The Chilean could have join City if the Gunners had signed AS Monaco's Thomas Lemar but the French side refused to sell the winger.
