- General Mosquito stated that Dela Coffie speaks for Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings, who is no longer a member of the party
- Dela Coffie has been a constant critic of former president John Dramani Mahama
Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, popularly known as General Mosquito, the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has stated that Dela Coffie isn’t a true member.
According to him, a true party member would not constantly criticize the party the way Coffie does.
Dela Coffie, according to sources, has been a constant critic of former president, John Dramani Mahama. He has been fiercely criticizing Mahama since the party lost the 2016 elections.
General Mosquito added that Coffie speaks for the Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings, who is no longer a member of the NDC.
Coffie has reportedly accused Mahama of bringing disunity into the NDC.
He added that to bring back Mahama would be disastrous for the party.
He went on to say that the idea behind the recent Unity Walk was flawed, and as such the cracks in the party are further deepened.
