Ghana's president Akufo-Addo holds closed-door meeting with Buhari in Aso Rock

President Nana Akufo-Addo on Tuesday paid a courtesy call on Nigerian president, Mahamadu Buhari.

This is the second time Akufo-Addo would be visiting Nigeria in less than two months.

When he visited on August 1, he was received by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

Details of the official visit were sketchy at the time of this report, but the two presidents proceeded to hold a closed-door meeting.

YEN.com.gh understands that the meeting was held the new Banquet Hall in the State House.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that the Nigeria's vice president, Yemi Osinbajo, received Nana Akufo-Addo at the Presidential Villa, Abuja when he visited on Tuesday, August 1.

Akufo-Addo arrived at the Villa at about 11.12 am and was welcomed by Osinbajo who ushered him into his office.
