A 17-year-old school boy who once weighed a staggering 140 kilos has lost half his body weight in the past 12 months. His top secret will blow your mind.
The teen, called Elliott Hulse from Aigburth, Liverpool, struggled with bad eating habit that contributed to him gaining fat and growing huge. His addiction to cookies and brownies made matters worse.
“On various occasions I raided school vending machines for cookies and brownies. I never realized how fat I was when I started my sixth form,” he says.
Elliott became increasingly uncomfortable with his massive body and started looking for ways to shed off fat and get back in proper shape.
He started drinking at least two liters of water every day as part of his weight loss process. And it worked wonders.
“Drinking water was a major part in the process of losing weight. It was my top secret,” he told Liverpool Echo.
About 12 months later, Elliott’s weight dropped from 140 kilos to about 70 kilos. Today, he can’t fit in trousers he used to wear about a year ago.
