Traffic cop who was caught pulling over female motorists and asking them out on dates has pleaded guilty to his wayward behavior.
The 37-year-old officer, identified as Marquice Pranther from New Jersey State, allegedly requested for phone numbers of the female motorists that he pulled over and in some cases went through their phone details without justification.
Investigation was launched against the officer after several women complaint about his unbecoming conduct. They accused of, among other things, sexual harassment and invasion of privacy.
Investigators found Pranther guilty of tampering with evidence, invasion of the women's privacy, including going through their phone messages and photos, and falsifying police records.
The office has since been relieved of his duties and also banned from holding any public office in New Jersey State.
