The Nana Akufo-Addo government has rolled out the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy and its got many Ghanaians excited.
One of such persons is Highlife musician, Lucky Mensah who is also a supporter of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
To show his excitement, the musician who defected from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has released a video in which he praises President Akufo-Addo.
Apart from singing the praises of the president, he further taunts former President John Mahama for failing to implement such a policy.
In the short video, he sings in Twi, "Ade3 aberante3 antumi any3, ak)kora baay3 w'ab3y3" which loosely translates into "the old man is doing what the young man could not do".
This is an obvious reference to the messages from the NDC during the 2016 campaign which sort to portray Nana Addo as an old man who was not fit for the rigours of the presidency.
The NDC also proposed a progressively Free SHS which would have taken more time to make SHS education free because they felt the NPP's model of Free SHS was not feasible.
