Scam alert: Moesha Buduong warns Ghanaians against impersonators

Ghanaian actress Moesha Buduong  says accounts using her name to dupe people on Facebook are fake, insisting she is not even on Facebook.


The actress took to Instagram to complain bitterly about some fraudsters impersonating her on Facebook and using her pictures to dupe others off their monies.

She described the situation as 'disturbing', while calling on the public to help report and expose these scanners duping people in her name.


According to her, she owns no account on Facebook and has no idea about monies being plaid by her fans to any account on that social media site.

A very worried Moesha Buduong wrote: “I keep telling people, I am not on Facebook. I keep getting DMs (Direct Message) from strangers accusing me of taking their money and others are dating me and I don't know.
