Liverpool avenged their Carabao cup defeat to Leicester City by producing a fine display to defeat the Foxes 3-2 at the King Power stadium in the Premier League.

Mohamed Salah headed home a brilliant cross from Philippe Coutinho from the right wing to give the visitors the lead.

In other Premier League matchday 6 games, Tottenham struggle for a 3-2 victory over West Ham, Chelsea proved too hot for Stoke by trashing the Potters 5-0 at the Bet365 stadium, new boy Morata got his first hattrick in the encounter for the Blues, Manchester city added to the pressure on new manager Roy Hogson with a 5-0 trashing at the Eithad stadium.
