Achimota school marked it 90th year in existence with a thrilling praise jam on Saturday, September 23, 2017, to thank God for His continuous protection of the school.
Both current and old students converged at the forecourt of the school's administration block to worship and praise God for His blessings upon the school over the years.

There was lots of good music on display, with some of the finest gospel musicians in the country taking to the stage in turns to thrill the audience present.
The Achimota school praise jam which was dubbed 'Achimota Subjugated in Worship’, is the first of its kind, but witnessed a very high turnout.
The praise jam lasted for a couple of hours, but saw the audience being thrilled with some electrifying performances from the artistes on bill.
The likes of Joe Mettle and Harmonious Chorale made sure the audience had a day to remember by performing some of their best tracks back-to-back.
The Achimota school choir was also not left out, as the group opened the programme with some admirable soothing music.
The performance of Joe Mettle particularly caught the eyes of many of the audience who sang along and clapped their hands all through the programme.
The 2017 VGMA artiste of the year performed on stage for just over 30 minutes but that was about just enough to leave the audience totally satisfied.
It was a true day of excitement, punctuated with good music, as Achimota school marked its 90th anniversary.
