Premier League giants Manchester United have joined the race to sign 16-year-old Genoa and Italian striker Pietro Pellegri in the January 2018 transfer.
But the Red Devils will have to cough out a whopping sum of £40 million to sign the player who is also being monitored by Chelsea.
Last season, Pietro Pellegri registered his name in the history books of the Italian Serie A by becoming the youngest goalscorer when he made his debut for Genoa.
His superb performances last season caught the attention of Chelsea coach Antonio Conte who has told Chelsea chiefs to go for him in January 2018.
The report also stated that Pietro Pellegri has made his intention known that he will be glad to move to Stamford Bridge next year.
Meanwhile, Italian giants Juventus and Premier League campaigners Everton are also said to have signified their interest in luring Pellegri away from Genoa.
