-Dancehall artiste, Ebony has revealed a gospel side to her with a performance in church
-It was for her pastor's birthday
Dancehall act, Ebony Reigns has carved a controversial image since she burst onto the scene some few years ago.
Whether it’s her lyrics, dressing or general demeanour, she has always come across as a ‘spoilt’ girl as we say in the Ghanaian parlance.
Well, she has revealed a hitherto unknown side to her which many would not have expected.
In a video that has got social media buzzing, the ‘Sponsor’ singer is seen singing a gospel song in church and not only that, she was decently dressed as well.
The occasion was the birthday of her church’s pastor.
Apparently, the pastor had asked her to learn a particular song and sing for him but the singer who told the congregation she could not learn that song settled on Don Moen’s, ‘You Said’, which she said was the only gospel song she could really sing to the end.
Watch her rendition below:
Guess you also did not expect this from her. She may not be that bad after all.
