Tamale-based Ghanaian artist Fancy Gadam has said he is ready to sign a contract with Kasapreko Company if only the beverage is non-alcoholic.
He also indicated that news circulating that he has signed a deal with the beverage company is false saying it.
Fancy Gadam explained that the rumor emanates from the fact that the company sponsored his show with Sarkodie.
Fancy who was speaking on Accra-based Hitz FM said, "I have not signed any deal with them [Kasapreko]. It’s a rumor. It is because they sponsored my show with Sarkodie."
He explained that his background as a Muslim consuming alcohol was something frowned upon and wanted to make it clear to fans that he didn’t sign any contract with the beverage giant.
"Where I’m coming from it's not good for us so I will make sure they understand I haven’t signed any contract with them".
"If they want me on any drink with no alcohol I can sign but if there is alcohol I won’t sign…," he indicated.
