Chelsea gaffer Antonio Conte has praised the performance of Belgian international star Eden Hazard which helped the Blues to record an incredible victory over Atletico Madrid.
Frenchman Antoine Griezmann put the La Liga giants ahead, but Alvaro Morata leveled proceedings before Michy Batshuayi’s dramatic winner in injury time.
Eden Hazard who just recuperated from injury made his second start for the Blues in the encounter, and the 26-year-old attacker provided the assist for the first goal.
‘We must be very happy because Eden’s performance was amazing for us against Atletico Madrid, and I am so impressed with that.
‘It was the first big game for him this season after a bad injury and his answer was fantastic. It was positive and he made a great link with Alvaro,'' Antonio Conte said.
