YEN.com.gh reports on how a group of Ghanaians in USA blamed government for living a lavish lifestyle at the just ended UN General Assembly.
It is beginning to emerge that president of the republic, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo together with his delegates at the just ended UN General Assembly at New York in the USA may have lived lavish lifestyles wasted tax payers money.
This is all coming from a disturbing video by a group of Ghanaians resident in the USA who confronted some of the delegates just when they were preparing to attend the general assembly.
Taking videos of the "posh" vans packed on the sideways with posters of the Ghana flag, these aggrieved group of Ghanaians started to blame the delegates of engaging in profligate spending.
So far, it remains unsure who these Ghanaians were representing but YEN suspects that they might have been part of the special protesters who marched against the president at New York just when the general assembly was taking place.
Meanwhile, government has also come out to rubbish claims that Nana Addo took over 100 delegates to the UN General Assembly saying that most of the Ghanaian delegates came upon their own volition and not under the ticket of government.
