Crystal Palace nightmare continues after heavy defeat to Manchester United

- Midfielders Juan Mata, Marouane Fellaini both score in the first half win for Jose Mourinho's side

- Crystal Palace still bottom of the table after seven games with zero points and no goals scored

- In the first game of the day, Harry Kane scored twice in Tottenham's 4 - 0 win over Huddersfield

- West Brom, Stoke City also secure wins in the Premier League 3pm kick off games

Two first half goals from Juan Mata and Marouane Fellaini helped Manchester United secure a 4 - 0 win over Crystal Palace who are still winless and goalless in the league.

The Eagles are yet to win or score in all of the six games they played in the league.

It took Juan Mata just three minutes to open the scoring as he swept in from a pull back from Marcus Rashord on the left.

Maroune Fellani doubled the lead with a volley at the far post from Ashley Young's cross. Just before the halt-time whistle Henrikh Mhkitaryan volley just wide from Juan Mata's right wing cross.

Fellaini doubled his tally with a header from Rashford's free-kick early in the second half.

Romelu Lukaku made it four late in the game as Jose Mourinho's men moved top of the table before Chelsea's game with Manchester City.

In the other games, Saido Berahino's penalty miss almost ruined a 2 - 1 win for Stoke City. Miram Diouf scored a header from a corner-kick in the first half.

Maya Yoshida equalized in the second half but the win was sealed by Peter Crouch five minutes from time.

Two first half goals from Solomon Rondon and Jonny Evans almost secured a 2 - 0 win for West Brom until Abdoulaye Doucoure scored the consolation. Richarlson scored the equalizer with the last kick of the game to make it 2 - 2.

Diafra Sakho scored a 90th minute winner in West Ham's 4 - 0 win over Swansea while Bournmouth could only hold Leicester City to a draw in their game.

In the first game of the day, Spurs defeated Huddersfield away from home. Harry Kane scored twice in addition to Ben Davies lob put Mauricio Pochettinho's side.

Moussa Sissoko scored the fourth and his first for Spurs in the final minute of extra-time to seal a huge win for his side.
