The Ghana Police Service has issued a statement discrediting claims that there was an attempt on Stonebwoy's life at Saturday's Ashaiman To The World concert in Accra.
Superintendent Seth Tay, Commander of the Ashaiman District Police, has dismissed a claim by popular dance hall artist, Stonebwoy, that an attempt was made on his life after a concert in the early hours of Sunday, October 1st.

In an interview with Adom News, the Ashaiman District Police Commander stated that though there were other disturbances at the event, Stonebwoy's - born Livingstone Etse Satekla - claim that his person had been target could not be substantiated.
Supt. Seth Tay also related that he sent officers to speak to event organizers, although they too denied having heard of such an incident taking place.
