A young orphaned boy in Bangladesh has shared his experience of living on the streets for four years and how he started loving everyone.
Rasel spoke to photojournalist GMB Akash, who then shared his story on his Facebook page.
He began by saying: "My name is Rasel and I do not know who gave me this name. I am an orphan. I am living in street for four years. When I arrived in Dhaka I was injured and hungry, but no one cared about street people."
He lamented that people have no time for love and narrated how he often longed for someone to care for him or talk to him in a nice way.
In the end, he decided to start loving everyone, sharing his food and caring for his fellow street children.
He also rescued a bird, which he named Kutum. He now cares for it too and vows never to live it because "I know how it feels to be alone and being unloved."
Rasel's story touched the hearts of many readers. See some of their reactions below.
