Okraku Mantey charges at the people of Ashaiman over Stonebwoy’s wife attack

The Chief Executive of Slip Entertainment, Mark Okraku Mantey has descended heavily on residents of Ashaiman over the recent knife attack on Stonebowoy’s wife, Dr Louisa Satekla.

Okraku Mantey, who is not happy about the alleged knife attack warned the people of Ashaiman to discipline themselves and change from hooliganism.

Speaking on Accra-based Hitz FM, the President of the Creative Arts Council said that though the criminals who allegedly attacked the artiste and his crew may not be natives of Ashaiman, the incident paints bad image of the people.

“The people of Ashaiman, I think it’s about time they change. It is about time they protect their name and their image, because whatever somebody does there will give Ashaiman a bad image,” he said.

Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy on Sunday took to his social media page to announce that there was a planned knife attack on his life at the recently held ‘Ashaiman to Da World’ concert.

The singer explained that the unidentified persons failed in their attempts but his wife suffered an injury after they stuck knife through a tent that was housing his crew backstage.

While Dr Louisa has since been treated and discharged from the hospital, Stonebwoy's management stated they did not make a formal complaint to the police due to some personal reasons.
