Ghanaian traditional musician, King Ayisoba has disclosed that an overwhelming number of Ghanaian politicians secretly smoke illegal substances including marijuana.
The international award winning musician says about 90% percent of Ghanaian politicians resort to smoking of the banned substances in their daily lives.
The musician in his conversation admitted that he smokes marijuana but does not fancy alcohol and cigarettes.
Legalizing marijuana as commercial drug in Ghana has recently become a sensitive debate in the Ghanaian media.
Some key Ghanaian musicians including Blakk Rasta have recently pushed for the legalization of the banned drug.
The former General Secretary of the United Nations, Kofi Annan is on record to have moved in favor of “wee” for commercial purposes sometime back.
King Ayisoba in an interview with Nii Attractive insisted that he is in full support of legalizing marijuana in Ghana.
He added that smoking of ‘wee’ is not harmful to his body therefore people who feel otherwise should rather desist from smoking.
