-Wife of the Vice President of Ghana has been named Ambassador in the United Nations
-Samira Bawumia has dazzled in many African-inspired clothing in most of her travels
The Second Lady of Ghana has been handed an ambassadorial position by the United Nations and she dazzled in a very beautiful dress as the post was conferred on her to mark the occasion.
In a post on Instagram to announce the honor, the Second Lady posted pictures of herself and captioned it, “I am honored to be named ambassador for the United Nations' Foundation Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves. I am passionate about seeing to it that the essential task of cooking does not result in death. I would like for us all to join in the drive to reduce the harmful effects of cooking with firewood and charcoal. No life should be lost through cooking. I look forward to engaging all stakeholders in this regard. Thank you all very much”.
Samira Bawumia who has been admired for her way of dressing once again did not disappoint when she had to be conferred with her new ambassadorial position.
A few days ago, the Second Lady took to her social media pages to celebrate her husband, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as he marked his birthday. She was so strategic in the post that she happened to be the first to wish her husband on his big day.
She won the hearts of many of her fans and followers with her birthday wish as others took turns to wish the Vice President well.
Samira Bawumia has over the period showed her high fashion sense and has ‘slayed’ in her outfit any time she had to make a public appearance.
