Speaking exclusively to TUKO.co.ke, the man narrated that shortly after his grandmother's death, he faced financial constraints and he had to drop out of college.

"This is when I started working as a boda boda rider because I have a brother whom I had to take care of. I was at first employed as a boda boda rider before I managed to buy a second-hand motorcycle," he narrated.

It was while working as a body boda rider that he started purchasing iron sheets to build his own home.

Having been raised in challenging conditions, Kahii wanted the security of having a home that he could call his own.

"It may be a mabati house, but I actually spent over a million because it has a specific design, as you can see. I also furnished it with quality furniture and appliances to give me the comfort that I desired as a child," he said.
