The video, which can be viewed on the celebritiesbuzz YouTube channel, is believed to have been filmed after NPP supporters took to the streets to celebrate the pronouncement of The Energy Minister, John Peter Amewu, as the victor of the Hohoe parliamentary seat.
During the celebration, a gentleman decided to videotape the movement of some of the cars, only to notice a taxi driving itself without a driver.
