The captain of the Ghana Black Stars, Asamaoh Gyan has given an emotional address years after missing penalty at the 2010 FIFA World Cup, hosted in South Africa.

Asamoah Gyan failed to put the ball behind the net in a crucial penalty kick against Uruguay in a semi-final.
However, speaking as a guest at the 8th edition of LEAD Series held at the Accra Mall recently, Gyan disclosed that he sometimes wish he could have the opportunity to retake the missed 2010 World Cup penalty to make up to Ghanaians.
The Black Stars captain revealed that he is still being haunted by his inability to score that very crucial penalty.

Gyan in his conversation added that he still believes that one day his son or nephew will grow up into the Black Stars to score that very goal on his behalf.
