Patrick Osei-Agyeman, the journalist popularly known as Countryman Songo, has cautioned acolytes of Kwesi Nyantakyi on trying to run for positions when normalcy is restored in football administration in Ghana.
The controversial sports journalist carved a niche as a critic of the erstwhile Ghana Football Association(GFA) boss.
He is now fearful of the fact that corrupt people who were not caught in Anas' investigations would re-establish themselves in football.
In fairness, Songo has maintained for a few years that he did not only disagree with Kwesi Nyantakti but with many in the Executive Committee of the GFA.
Now, Ghanaweb.com reports allies of the Nyantakyi regime, are apparently looking to contest executive positions in next year's elections.
However, Songo took the time in a recent interview to sound his words of caution.

Asked if he will vouch for any of the old executives to assume the high office of GFA President, Songo said: “When we get there we will cross the line. There are personalities, there are people there who can do the job.
I don’t really see certain people who were working with Nyantakyi assume positions or maybe taking over the GFA after the Normalization Committee."
He continued: “They can be in the game if they want to but I don’t want to see any of them taking over positions or maybe the GFA presidency, I don’t want to see any of them.”
