Premier League leaders Liverpool on Saturday, January 19, produced superb performance coming back from a goal down to beat Crystal Palace 4-3 in tough Premier League tie.

Egypt international Mohamed Salah was in the best form of his life as he scored a brace for Liverpool as the Reds remain on top of the Premier League standings with 60 points after 23 games.

Andros Townsend opened the scoring for the visitors in the 34th minute when Wilfried Zaha dribbled James Milner and pulled the ball into the penalty area for Andros to score.

But the hosts restored parity in the 47th minute through Mohamed Salah before Brazilian star Firmino scored the second goal in the 53rd minute.

James Tomkins scored the second goal for Crystal Palace in the 65th minute before Salah netted his second goal of the match in the 75th minute.

Senegal international Sadio Mane sealed the win for Liverpool in the 90th minute, although the visitors also scored at the death through Max Meyer as Jurgen Klopp's men won 4-3.

Earlier, YEN.com.gh had reported how Premier League top club Liverpool reportedly opened talks with Monaco on loan star with Inter Milan Keita Baldé in the ongoing transfer window.

The 23-year-old has been superb for the Serie A giants since he joined them this summer - scoring three times and assisting two others in his last four Serie A outings.
