- Chelsea could sign Ryan Fraser, Wilfried Zaha, Ruben Dias and Meunier next year
- But that is if the Blues get a success in their appeal against a two-window transfer ban
- The Blues have won only one Premier League game this season under Lampard
Premier League giants Chelsea have appealed against their two-window transfer ban and they are hoping to sign new players in January should they get favorable response in their appeal.
The Blues were banned from signing any player for two-transfer window after been found guilty of registering players under the age of 18.
Lampard's side are now waiting for the judgment of the Court of Arbitration for Sports for them to know whether their ban would be reduced or not.
Eden Hazard's departure to Real Madrid has hit the Stamford Bridge club as they have only managed to win one Premier League game this season.
And should Chelsea get a successful appeal against their ban, Starsport has now taken a look at four players they could sign.

1. Ryan Fraser
Fraser is a Scottish footballer who currently plays for Bournemouth and had 14 assists last season in the Premier League. He could be a good replacement for Hazard.
2. Wilfried Zaha
Although Zaha who plays for Crystal Palace is yet to hit the back of the net this term, but would add plenty of pace and power to Lampard’s attack.
3. Rúben Dias
Chelsea have conceded nine goals in just four matches this season in the Premier League and Ruben Dias who plays as a defender for Benfica can be of help to Lampard
4. Thomas Meunier
Paris-Saint-Germain defender Thomas Meunier could also be of help to Chelsea if they can sign him from the French club.
