It was fight to finish at the Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night as Chelsea wallopped their Italian opponents Juventus 4-0 in an interesting Champions League game, Guardian reports.

With Juventus already qualified for the next round, Chelsea only needed a draw to cruise as well, and their walloped their opponents.

Chalobah opened the scoring in the 25th minute when Ziyech swung a corner from the left into the box, Rudiger got a head onto it and it fell to Chalobah eight yards out, he hit it on the half-volley and it rubbed off Szczesny and the bar, before dropping into the net. 1-0 Chelsea.

And eleven minutes into the second half, the ball went across the box to Reece James, he brought it down with his chest and rifled a shot beyond Szczesny to make it 2-0.

Just two minutes later, it was 3-0 when Reece James was in the middle of the action once more with a lovely flick; the ball ended up with Loftus-Cheek who shuffled and shimmied to find space, before laying it off for Hudson-Odoi who placed into the back of the net.

Substitute Timo Werner sealed the win with barely the last kick of the game five minutes into stoppage time, Football.London reports.

James struck a stunning pass out to Ziyech on the left, who was allowed to get the ball after McKennie missed it, allowing the winger to send a cross into the six-yard box where Werner was waiting to tap home.

The German made no mistake and that was how it ended; Chelsea 4-0 Juventus.

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Manchester United are through to the Champions League knockout stages thanks to a 2-0 win over Villareal in the Red Devils’ first game since the departure of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Under the guidance of interim boss Michael Carrick, United completed the double over Unai Emery’s Villareal in a game that could have gone either way.

It was Cristiano Ronaldo who set his side up for victory in the 78th minute, finding the opening goal to take his tally in the competition to 140 goals, before Jadon Sancho sealed the win to end it 2-0.
