A video taken in the Volta Region, showing a moment when the National Democratic Congress convoy was welcomed with New Patriotic Party's flags and music has gathered reactions online.
In the video that was made public by a gentleman identified on Twitter as Derrick Amponsah, it appeared as though the residents took time to send a signal to NDC with the staged flags and music.
John Mahama himself was reportedly part of the convoy, although the video did not capture his face but only the fleet of NDC-branded vehicles.

It is indicated that the incident took place at Alavanyo Wudidi, two days ago, on the evening of April 20, 2020.
According to the Derrick Amponsah, who belongs in the NPP, the 'world bank' of the NDC, which is the Volta Region, is gradually turning into a 'susu box'.

Kevin could not believe his eyes and sought confirmation
According to Vcm-Chelsea, the sample size of the people who mounted the NPP flags could not be representative of the entire Volta Region's current political colour
Habour Sika hilariously remarked on how serious the situation looks for the NDC
In a separate report, independent candidate for the 2020 General Elections, Marricke Kofi Gane, urges Ghanaians to do away with the norm of switching power between NDC and NPP.
Marricke Kofi Gane has expressed the idea on multiple occasions including his famous video sighted by YEN.com.gh titled 'Declaration of Intent' which marked the start of his campaign to be president.
On this particular occasion, Marricke mentioned that if the current way politics is being played out in Ghana keeps ongoing, another 60 years will be lost before Ghanaians know it.
