Ghanaian man of God Apostle Amoako Attah has received online acclaim after a video of him prophesying about Apostle Kwadwo Safo’s death surfaced on social media.

Apostle Kwadwo Safo, founder of the Kristo Asafo Mission and a prominent Ghanaian industrialist, was reported dead on Sunday, September 14, 2025.
Popularly known as Safo Kantanka, he founded Kantanka Automobiles, which produced luxury cars and other vehicles for the Ghanaian market for decades.
According to a statement from his daughter, former Dome Kwabenya Member of Parliament (MP) Sarah Adwoa Safo, he passed away peacefully on September 11.

Apostle Amoako Attah’s Kantanka prophecy resurfaces
In the wake of the popular industrialist’s death, a prophecy issued by another Ghanaian man of God about his passing has resurfaced.
Apostle Francis Amoako Attah, the founder and leader of the Parliament Chapel International, said in an August 31 sermon that Apostle Safo’s death was imminent.

He said that during Apostle Safo’s 77th birthday celebrations, held that same day, an angel of the Lord appeared to him and informed him that if Apostle Safo did not make a public appearance, it meant his time on this earth was over.
“The Angel of the Lord told me that today he would not come out. If he does not come out, that means he is off the stage. Write down all that I have said today, it shall come to pass. The man leaving the stage is the star of Africa, so people must get ready to occupy that stage.“ he said.

Kwadwo Safo Jnr cries over father's death
Previously, YEN.com.gh reported that Apostle Safo's son, Kwadwo Safo Jnr, shared an emotional reaction to his father's death at his residence in Dome.
In an Instagram video, Kwadwo Safo Jnr could not hold back his tears over the loss of the great “Kantanka, the African Star.”
