I sold my car for him – Kumawood actress reveals how she sacrificed for her husband
-Kumawood actress Louisa Adinkra has revealed the sacrifices she made in order to be with her husband, Yaw Frimpong
-Louisa says she had to sell her car when she met Yaw about seven years ago
-This was because Yaw was not driving at the time and she had to get down to his level
Kumawood actress, Louisa Adinkra, has revealed how she had to sacrifice for her current husband in order to sustain their relationship.
Louisa is married to TP Mazembe player, Yaw Frimpong, and there is a perception that she married him because of his wealth.
But according to her, when she first met her husband about seven years ago, the former Kotoko player was not rich and she had to sell her car as a result.

Speaking in an interview on Time with Tracey, an entertainment show hosted by fellow Kumawood actress, Tracey Boakye, Louisa explained her partner was not driving when they started their relationship so she had to sell the car her ex-boyfriend gave her to be on his level.
“Yaw was walking when I met him but I was driving so I sold my car so that he would know that we are on the same level,” she stated.
She stated categorically that if she had considered money, she would not have left her former boyfriend whom she referred to as Kwaku for the footballer because Kwaku was way richer.

For her, it was peace that she needed. So money was not a consideration when actor Sumsum informed her that one Yaw Frimpong had shown interest in her .
"Yaw was earning Gh500 as a Kotoko footballer but I left Kwaku who gave her same amount each week to to be with him," she stressed.
Louisa Adinkra and Yaw Frimpong married for five years and they have a daughter.
