Husbands should stop providing for side chicks – KKD
- KKD has advised husbands to concentrate on their families and stop providing for ‘side chicks
- The ace broadcaster has noted that what Moesah said in her CNN interview was the painful truth
Veteran broadcaster Kwasi Kyei Darkwah, popularly known as KKD, believes husbands who cheat on their wives with ‘side chicks’ must equally be criticized.
According to him, the infidelity of husbands is what has accounted for the growing number of side chicks in the country.

Speaking in defense of embattled actress Moesha Bodoung, the ace broadcaster said husbands must concentrate on their families and stop providing for ‘side chicks’.
He said although the young ladies involved need to be talked to, the husbands dating them must equally not be left off the hook.
KKD told Accra-based Joy FM that society needs to also focus “on the husbands who are not providing sufficiently for their wives but are willing to rent homes for a side chick.”
In his view, such husbands could end up bringing diseases to their wives, saying “one day some side chick might give you a disease, and you take it home to your wife. What happens then?”
Further commenting on the Moesha saga, KKD said the embattled actress does not deserve the criticism that has come her way, describing her as a “honest” person.

According to him, Moesha did not make any generalisation as she has been accused of, that she only pointed out the real situation in Ghana.
“I personally like Moesha. I like her because she is honest,” the veteran broadcaster said.
“I don’t remember her saying she was talking for Ghana, but the truth is, a good number of people are doing what she talked about,” he added.
