Video of pastor caning church members who missed Sunday service goes viral

An unnamed pastor has been captured in a recent video caning his members who were seen lying on the floor.
Celebritiesbuzz reports that the church members received the lashes because they were absent during a Sunday service.
It is not known if the pastor had a register he marked which revealed those who were absent. The language he speaks is not too familiar which may mean this did not happen in Ghana

In the video, the pastor was neatly dressed in a suit and tie as he walked from one person to another giving out the lashes.
He did not appear to grow tired at any point, although there were many people 'to serve'. It looks as though part of the punishment was for the absentees to lie on the floor until they received 'their portion'.

It is not clear whether it was a crusade grounds, another usual Sunday service or just a normal evening service.
Another question that begs for answers is as to whether the many people who thronged the area were just spectators or other church members.
