DJ Switch criticed for charging GHC3,000 for 1-hour wedding performance
- Kid entertainer DJ Switch has been criticised for charging exorbitantly to perform at an event
- She was said to have quoted GHC3,000 to perform for one hour at a wedding
- The groom wanted to surprise his bride with DJ Switch as a surprise performer, but that could not happen because of the fee
- Her colleague and senior DJs have cautioned her and her management

Child entertainer DJ Switch has been chastised for quoting a huge amount for just an hour performance.
She was billed for a wedding ceremony over the weekend where the groom wanted to surprise his bride because she loves DJ Switch.
However, the groom was left disappointed at the GHC3,000 fee quoted by DJ Switch and her management.

They believe that was too much for just a one-hour performance, for that reason, DJ Switch was asked not to come to the event anymore.
Some of DJ Switch’s senior colleagues, King Louis and another called Safowaa have registered their displeasure at DJ Switch and cautioned her manager.
King Louis wrote that it is important for DJ Switch and her managers to sit up because they are on a path to destroy her career chances:

U DONT SAY THIS TODAY AND TOMORROW U SAY SOMETHING ELSE. AM SORRY U HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYWHERE UR SENIORS HERE WHEN IT COMES TO TURNING THE TABLE. HOW CAN U ASK FOR 3000 FOR JUST 1 HOUR PLAY.”

Safowaa also was happy that the wedding was still beautiful and fun without DJ Switch making an appearance.
safowaa_gh: “Nuh cool at all...you was gonna be a surprise from the groom to the bride because it happens she really admires the kiddy talent in you @djswitchghana and you let us down so bad...I pray your management realizes how far they're going before it gets outa hand...3000 for an hour?that too 12-1? The reception won't even start by then lol... Thank God t'was beautiful anyways without you as a surprise”
Meanwhile, DJ Switch has travelled the world over as a young DJ making waves in the industry.
She has won many awards, and recently, she has earned a nomination in the 2020 3Music Awards.
