Freda Rhymz apologises to Sista Afia; hints of new song together (Photo)

Female rapper, Freda Rhymz, has apologised to songstress, Sista Afia, months after their recent beef that trended for days on social media.

Freda Rhymz and Sista Afia were engaged in a bitter brawl on social media sometime in May 2020 when they recorded diss songs for each other.

It all started when Sista Afia recorded a diss song titled WMT in which she threw jabs at other female stars, including Deborah Vanessa over her 'birthday wish for Medikal'.

Claiming to be a rap goddess, other female rappers including Eno Barony and Freda Rhymz did not take kindly and they came hard at Sista Afia in their respective diss songs.

While Sista Afia bantered Eno Barony with another song, her beef with Freda Rhymz turned into a physical one.

If it wasn't for the timely intervention of people around them, she would have assaulted Freda Rhymz when they met on the premises of TV3 for a show.

According to Sista Afia, she wanted to beat Freda up for insulting her (Afia) mother because of their beef.

Days after the TV3 incident, the two clashed again while appearing on Nana Ama McBrown's United Showbiz on UTV. It only took the intervention of McBrown to stop a fight.

But in her latest post on social media, Freda Rhymz has admitted to offending Sista Afia and has duly apologised.

Sharing a photo of the two of them rocking similar red and black outfits also hinted that there was an upcoming collaboration:

“I’m sorry for causing you pain sis, thanks for the love & support!❤️ When should we drop this?"

For those who are not abreast of the beef, Freda Rhymz also accused Sista Afia of sleeping with musicians for features.

As previously reported by YEN.com.gh, in her diss song, she indirectly mentioned Shatta Wale, Medikal and Bisa Kdei.
