Many young Ghanaians have taken to music as a way of soothing their pain while others have dedicated themselves to carve a name in the industry.
Menz, the fast-rising artist known in real life as Richard Mensah, was born in Accra. His parents Mr and Mrs Janet Mensah, discovered his talent at the age of five which they did their best possible to bring him up by guiding and grooming him.
Richard Mensah, known in showbiz as Menz, has over the years, participated in rap battles and singing competitions across the country.

Being hard working and very determined to break through the music industry despite the challenges, he has recorded over 30 singles which features top artists both in Ghana and outside Ghana.
The artiste who can best be described as versatile has some debut singles such as; Kawa, Miishe, No dulling, Mmaa pe and Yaa Boatemaa.
The singer who hails from Madina hopes to be among the tall list of great musicians who come from the area including award-winning singer, M.anifest in the near future.
