Arsenal have been rated the most deadly team in the Premier League this term.

According to a UK Sun report citing data from the CIES Football Observatory, Arsenal are the most clinical team despite being 16 points adrift of EPL leaders, Liverpool right now.

At the moment, Gunners attack line boast of top qualities with the pair of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette firing from all cylinders.

A further breakdown show that Arsenal strikers take about six shots per goal (5.79) this campaign to claim top spot.

Tottenham are second at 6.04 shots per goal and have netted 48 times this term same as their north London neighbours Arsenal.

Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool hit 6.11 shots per goal this season for their 54 goals so far.

But the story is different at the foot of the log for Huddersfield with 13 goals at 17.31 shots.

The pair of Fulham (12.14) and Cardiff (11.79) are the two other teams in the bottom three.

Interestingly, Arsenal remain among the best in Europe - with PSG leading the pack.

The trio of Kylian Mbappe, Neymar and Edinson Cavani have netted ever 4.71 shots.

German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund (4.80) and Norwegian outfit Midtjylland (4.94) are the only other clubs in Europe to reach under five tally.

La Liga table-toppers Barcelona can only boast of 5.45 shots per goal.

And Premier League side Huddersfield escaped claming the worst record in all of Europe.

Interestingly, Greek Super League campaigners Apollon Smrynis needed 25.17 strike per goal this season, but can only account for six goals in 17 matches in the current campaign.
