Kwame Fosuhene, the famous winner of over GHC 990,000 by Betway, the biggest amount of money paid to a punter in Ghana, has now gone into film production.

Of course, there was interest in how Fosuhene was going to spend his new found riches. At the time in March of 2017, Fosuhene said he did not have much planned.

Now, the 25-year-old Kumasi native is a film producer. YEN.com.gh has sighted the trailer for his first movie and it is embedded below.

Ghanaweb reports that the film, ‘Genesis of the Ashantis’, is set for release soon.

Fosuhene would have won the grand prize of GHC 1.6 million but he cashed out his winnings before the final match between West Ham and Chelsea on March 6, 2017.

In a related sports punting development, in November of 2018, a hopeful bettor, Theophilus Morgan, won GHC 57 million from Safaribet, but the company has refused to pay him anything at all despite a warning from the Gaming Commission.
