Thief dies on the spot after cow he stole kicked him in his balls
In a bizarre incident, a man who was transporting a cow after stealing it was killed by the same cow in a village after the cow kicked him in his balls.
A man has been killed in Appenahalli village of Channarayapatna taluk in Hassan district after a cow he stole severely kicked him in his scrutum.
The deceased has been identified as a 50-year-old man from Tipatur in Tumakuru district, India.
The police have confirmed that he had stolen the cow from a farm house.

Reports say he was a Hindutva activist, but the police have not confirmed it.
According to postmortem report, Govindappa died on the spot when the cow kicked him in his private part in an apparent bid to escape from him.
The police said that Govindappa had already taken the cow two kilometers away and was about to transport it in a vehicle when the animal showed its presence of mind.
A case has been registered in this regard at jurisdictional Nuggehalli police station.
Meanwhile, 70-year-old Lawrence John Ripple, a Kansas man who robbed a bank and told police that he was hoping to get caught so he would get prison time to escape his wife was sentenced to six months of home confinement after pleading guilty.
He took the guilty plea and told the judge that he had heart surgery that left him depressed when he committed the bank robbery, reports say.
Ripple handed a note to a bank teller in Kansas City demanding cash and warning he had a gun.
Ripple took the money, nearly GHc16,000 ($2,924), and went to sit in the lobby, where he told a guard he was the “guy he was looking for.”
Officers arrived quickly, an FBI agent wrote in the affidavit that Ripple had earlier been arguing with his wife.
He told investigators he wrote the note in front of his wife, telling her he would “rather be in jail than at home.”
