Election 2020: 77% of Ghanaians say they will not vote for Akufo-Addo

Majority of Ghanians who responded to a poll put by up by YEN.com.gh on Facebook say they will not vote President Nana Akufo-Addo in the upcoming polls on December 7, 2020.

By the time this story was published 77% of Ghanaians or respondents said they will not vote for Akufo-Addo judging from his performance in his first term.

The question that was asked was: “President Akufo-Addo is calling for re-election with a codename "4MORE4NANA".

Judging by the recent happenings and developmental programmes he has rolled out so far, will you give him a second term as President and why?”

The respondents gave different reasons why they will not keep President Akufo-Addo in office for another four years.

Below are some the comments from Ghanaians;

Ebow opined that Akufo-Addo has failed.

Felix says Akufo-Addo is practicing nepotism.

Obed accuses the president of running and family and friends government.

Kwasafo says Akufo-Addo is imcompetent.

Meanwhile, President Akufo-Addo on Monday, January 27 picked up presidential nomination forms from the NPP’s headquarters in Accra.

Special Advisor to the president, Victor Newman picked the forms on behalf of Nana Addo.

The President is now the first to pick presidential nomination forms since the party opened nominations on January 20.
