Gospel singer Joyce Blessing's much-publicised marital troubles have arisen as a result of infidelity on the part of her husband, a video blogger called Afia Bodiwaa Fabregas.
Rumours went viral on social media on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, that Blessing and her husband, Dave Joy, who doubles as her producer, were on the brink of divorce.
While the initial reports were only treated as social media gossip, it later emerged that the news was true and the minstrel was being denied access to her children.
Blessing's husband reportedly left their matrimonial home to live with his sister and he took away their children.
The singer was said to have gone to her sister-in-law’s house to pick up her children and it turned into a chaotic situation.
After being prevented from getting her children, Joyce Blessing reportedly parked her car at the entrance of the sister-in-law's home to prevent her from also moving.
A video even popped up showing what transpired between Joyce Blessing and her sister-in-law at her house.
In all of the back and forth on social media, the Repent singer has not uttered any word except a statement that her lawyers are on the matter.
While Joyce Blessing has refused to shed light on the situation, video blogger Fabregas has stated that her husband, Dave Joy, cheated on the singer.
In one of her videos on social media, the vlogger boldly stated that Joyce Blessing's husband cheated with one lady called Julie Jay.
According to Fabregas, the Julie Jay lady has been sleeping with Joyce Blessing's husband while working as a publicist for the singer.
Fabregas went on to rain a lot of invectives on Julie Jay for breaking the home of Joyce Blessing despite she treating her as a younger sister.
Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh's prying eyes have seen a change on Joyce Blessing's Instagram page.
Formerly, she wrote there that she belonged to DaveJoy Production, however, that is no longer on her Instagram profile.
