A throwback video from the wedding day of award-winning actor Eddie Nartey and his late wife, Vida Ohenewaah Nartey has popped up online a day after her sudden death.
The video showed the excited couple showing off their dance moves at their nuptial amid cheers from their loved ones who were in attendance.
Eddie Nartey especially seemed more excited of the two as he showcased his dance moves to the admiration of his celeb friends and others who were present to witness the ceremony.
As is usually the norm at traditional marriages, both Eddie Nartey and his wife were seen in white apparel as they basked in each other's company on their big day.
Some of the attendees of the marriage ceremony which was held a little over 2 years ago on September 18, 2018, were actors Prince David Osei and Juliet Ibrahim.
Eddie Nartey broke the sad news of his wife's passing on his social media page and shared a lovely photo of them smiling.
He captioned the photo: "I don’t know what to say, I don’t know what to feel. I’m just in constant pain. Rest well my Habibi. God knows Best. I pray for strength! #ripvida"
Many colleagues and fans of the actor took to the comment section to commiserate with him and went on to ask him to stay strong in these difficult times.
Speaking about death, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that some sad photos from the state funeral being held in honour of Ghana's former president Flight Lieutenant Jerry John Rawlings have popped up on social media.
The photos showed the simple casket in which the former Ghanaian president was laid in state for public viewing.
In photos sighted by YEN.com.gh on Instagram, the former head of state was placed in a white-looking casket and covered with a huge transparent glass.
