Mob kills mad man for butchering family members

- A mentally deranged man in the Central region has butchered his family in cold blood

- Akwasi Ganu is feared to have been killed by an angry mob after he sought to run from the crime scene

- All bodies have been deposited at the St. Francis Xavier Hospital at Assin Fosu

A mad man at Assin Akrofuom in the Central Region, Akwasi Ganu, has killed six persons including his mother, father and two siblings in cold blood.

The 35-year-old man who is feared to have been killed in a mob attack is reported to have attempted fleeing the murder scene on Friday dawn when angry residents got hold of him.

All butchered bodies have been deposited at the St. Francis Xavier Hospital at Assin Fosu as investigations continue into the matter.
