Marriage counsellor, George Lutterodt, provoked public outrage with remarks he made about women which were deemed disparaging.
He said women of marital age who cut their hair create the impression that they are frustrated by poverty and cannot afford a good hair-do at a salon.
But is it true that the low haircut that some women wear is informed by poverty?
