Controversial singer Wendy Shay put behind all her troubles and enjoyed herself at all-white party organised by award-winning Disc Jockey, DJ Mensah.

The Ruff-Town records signee has come under severe criticism in recent days following her gaffe during an interview.

Speaking after performing at the BF Suma concert last Saturday, the singer reacted cockily to a question during an interview with JoyNews journalist MzGee.

Asked how her career is panning out, the artiste said “Ghanaians should accept me for who I am; as Wendy Shay”.

The reporter then followed up by asking “Who is Wendy Shay?”, who which the singer rudely described as a “dumb” question.

She has since been taken to the cleaners by a section of Ghanaians for her cheeky and conceited response to what many saw as a harmless question from the journalist.

But rather than duel on the negatives, it appears Wendy Shay has already moved on and that was evident by her mood this weekend.

Present at DJ Mensah’s all-white party held on Saturday, the “Uber driver” hit maker put behind all her recent troubles and partied really hard.

It’s fair to say Wendy Shay has a tough skin and it looks like she is very prepared to dace her critics square
