Ghanaians chide Owusu Bempah over contradictory prophecies

Founder and leader of the Glorious Word and Power Ministries International, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, has divided opinion among Ghanaians over his latest prophecy.

The controversial preacher says presidential candidate of the opposition NDC, John Mahama, will lose the 2020 elections.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme Wednesday, February 27, 2019, Owusu Bempah said the prophecy about Mahama’s political future has been confirmed in the spiritual realm.

According to him, no pastor can overturn Mahama’s defeat in 2020, insisting anyone who says otherwise is lying.

John Mahama has no throne in the spiritual realm and so can never be president of the country. The NDC will lose again in 2020 because of the person they are bringing,” Owusu Bempah said.

“He has lost God’s glory and so has no place as a ruler. So prophets who will prophesy his victory will be lying,” he added.

The outspoken preacher’s comments have generated a lot of responses from Ghanaians on social media.

Below are some comments:

Kwaku recalled how Prophet Bempah said Mahama will die but he still live.

John charged Owusu Bempah to tell Ghanaians what is happening to the Ghana cedi in the spiritual realm.

Albert also admonished Rev. Owusu Bempah to focus on God and stop being 'foolish'.
