Popular Ghanaian actress Martha Ankomah has blessed the lives of many deprived school children at Ackrobon in the Awutu Senya District with necessary stationery required for adequate teaching and learning.

The donation was part of a Quality Education Project that the top actress' foundation has been engaged in to support school children in remote communities and deprived locations across the country.

The Martha Ankomah Foundation has been in existence for six years with the singular aim of supporting the lives of disadvantaged and destitute children in Ghana.

Focus areas of the Martha Ankomah Foundation include health, education, and total well-being of deprived Ghanaian children.

It is reported that the successes of the organization as well as the outreach activities are funded by financial and product corporations together with private sponsors.

This particular edition was in that measure, funded mainly by the popular fabric company GTP, which the actress has expressed her immense gratitude to.

Photos taken on the day of the donation prove that the gesture was truly appreciated as both the school's authorities and the school children could not hide their profound joy.

In other news, a passionate man by name Ataa Abbey Odenke has reportedly been a staunch Hearts of Oak supporter for 50 years, hardly missing any match since 1970.

Perhaps, the most surprising bit of the story is that the passionate supporter has been with a physical impairment which makes it a great chore navigating stadia every time there is a match.

A report by journalist Gary Al-Smith on his official Facebook handle indicates that the fan has been recognized for his loyalty all through the years.
