Over the weekend, the Roads and Highways minister, Kwasi Amoako-Atta, visited Ofoase/Ayirebi to check the progress of work on the Ofoase to Oda road.
In photos shared by Member of Parliament for Ofoase Ayirebi constituency, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, the roads minister was spotted together with the DCE of the area inspecting the work on the roads.
Amoako-Atta expressed satisfaction with the progress of the project and pledged his support for the quick completion of the road.

The photos from the construction site have drawn some comments from Ghanaians.
According to Peter, this particular stretch of road has always been under construction.

Meanwhile, President Akufo-Addo earlier revealed his agenda for constructing roads next year.
President Akufo-Addo declared 2020 the year he will undertake massive road projects in Ghana.
According to the first man of Ghana, he will make sure most of the deteriorated roads will be fixed.
