Ghana's President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has explained what keeps him so strong and healthy at the age of 76 amid his many overwhelming duties.
In a one-on-one interview with Paul Adom Otchere on the Good Evening Ghana show, the President was quick to indicate that first of all, it is the grace of the Almighty God.
However, the incumbent President of Ghana further added that he has put in place some personal measures to make sure that his health is at its peak.

The leader and flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party mentioned that he does not indulge in any wild pleasures of life although he does not have limited means.
As a case in point, President Nana Akufo-Addo indicated that he stopped drinking alcohol in 1994 which is about 26 years ago.
According to him, whenever he goes for large dinners and parties, all that he sips is water.
The president of the Republic also added that he eats healthy local Ghanaian dishes including Kontomire (Taro leaves), seafood and corned beef salad.
In another interesting report by YEN.com.gh, Salamatu Abubakari, a Ghanaian mother of three children has revealed that she has been working as a car sprayer for a total of 20 years.
The woman who appears to be in her mid-30s recounted her amazing life story in a video interview sighted by YEN.com.gh on SV TV Africa.
According to her, the trade is admittedly male-dominated and she faced several challenges along the way, but gladly, she is also a master in it now.
