Man recreates childhood photo with dad to mark his birthday, many react

A young Nigerian man with the Twitter handle @Duroarts_ has generated massive reactions on the platform after recreating an old photo.
The man said the recreation was to honour his father on his birthday. In the first frame, the dad stands arms akimbo as his son posed in a hippy style, pointing towards the camera.
The second picture, taken many years after, shows the two in the same pose but in a different house setting.
@Duroarts tweeted:
"Today’s my dads birthday, we recreated this."
As at the time of writing this report, his tweet has over 132,000 likes with more than 14,000 retweets.

Meanwhile, it was earlier reported that a young woman recreated a photo her mother took while nursing her brother in 1991 some decades after.
In a Twitter post on Monday, January 4, the woman posted two striking photos that got people talking about the close similarity she has with her mum.
The first frame showed the woman's mother holding her brother as a kid. The lady replicated her mother's posture and look as she held her own son in 2021.
