A woman, Melissa Fleming, has given a great home office setup tip as she shared how her ironing board was converted into a work desk.

Taking to her LinkedIn page, she said that the beauty of it all is that the ‘desk’ is very much mobile and can be set up anywhere in the home.

Melissa said one thing she really loves about her DIY desk is that she could change her environment whenever she wants to, having the opportunity to choose sceneries.

The woman added that she could sometimes even escape with it into the room in the bid to create a quiet workspace.

The pandemic and the consequent work from home idea have indeed taught the world to explore new ways of doing things and this is no different.

"I can so relate to this Melissa Fleming as we sold our 5 BR him and moved to a Seaport hi-rise last January! Who knew our 2 NYC kids would end up moving back to work and do school from 'home!' With 4 of us on video calls especially when common areas were shut down - it took a lot of ingenuity (though never quite so much as an ironing board!). But such a silver lining to have unexpected time with our kids!"

Meanwhile, it was earlier reported that as businesses around the world are adapting to the new normal of asking their staff to permanently work from home, a baby went viral for mimicking carrying out duties from his comfort zone.

The baby, with his hands on the keyboard, typed away as he scratched at the buttons while intermittently pointing at the screen.

His dad watching what his kid was doing kept laughing as he lay on a chair nearby.
